The roll on/off single-blade compactor mod. SCM is particularly suggested for the discharge of satellite vehicles or to compact extremely bulky charges. The cubic capacity of Roll on/off compactorsmayvary according to requested lengths from 7 m³to 24 m³ .

The articulated single-blade compaction system is characterized by a loading plan with minimized height from the ground (this loading plan is larger than the standard compactor one), which facilitates the discharge of waste by satellite collecting vehicles. The truncated cone bin is realized with rounded off corners to facilitate materials discharge (by dumping), while press-formed reinforced covering guarantee a fitting time resistance. Side opening backdoor (in standard model) is equipped with a gasket.

The press unit, built in durable material, is able to exert a pushing power of 38 tons.

Other compactor’s structural elements are:

  • frontal lifting mobile hook;
  • frontal hopper’s gates with safety limit switch;
  • front and back rollers;
  • additional hook for back-lifting the machine and moving on the ground;
  • toothed waving stirrup inside the tank to keep waste in place while compacting.

The standard supply includes:

  • external pressure gauge for performance’s pressure control;
  • correct functioning tester for checking signals of the dashboard;
  • remote control connection.

The electro-hydraulic functioning is allowed by a 4 poles asynchronous electric engine (220/380 V – 7,5 KW = 10 HP at 1450 rpm). The hydraulic-circuit maximum pressure is 200 bar, while maximum performance pressure is 180 bar. A complete machine cycle takes 33 secs, and the potential volume compacted per cycle is 2.2 m³.

There are two selectable cycles: manual (push forward and pull back - up and down) or automatic (single or by timing device). The control panel present in addition: key clutch, emergency button, arrangement for remote control, industrial type power plug with norm-compliant cable (6 mt).

 

 

Electrical system and panel are furnished in compliance with latest safety standards and CEI norm with IP55. Designing and assembling our compactors, we took in account active and passive safety for the operator, according to latest UNI EN and prEN norms in this domain.

Components have been reduced in numbers, unifying elements when possible such as: flexible pipes, electrical system features, screws and butt-welded fittings. Choosing our suppliers we opted for those with a international distribution network, referring in particular to: electric engines, hydraulic pumps, butt-welded fittings and electrical accessories.

Painting in requested colour after washing, pickling and a double layer rust-inhibitor.

Standard supply may change according to a series of options:

  • power-supply with 5.5 KW, 7.5 KW or 11 KW electrical engine;
  • power-supply with independent mono or bi-cylinder diesel engine;
  • horizontally pivoted hydraulic back-door;
  • sliding charging hopper’s cover;
  • fixed or mobile bin-lifter system;
  • Gsm data transmission (machine allarm, system state, burglar allarm);
  • Automatic compacting system without human action, inclusive of electric eyes radars installed on the compactor entry chamber to detect fullness of the chamber and automatic compacting process and visual allarm during funcion;
  • other by request.
