Realized in three models:

  • mobile (with trolley);
  • fixed to the ground;
  • locked on the machine.

Every models are:

  • suitable for locking, lifting, dumping and grounding of waste bins with DIN hooks;
  • formed by an hydraulic device opportunely installed on a strong metallic structure;
  • furnished with an electro-hydraulic engine group with oil tank;
  • furnished with a 5.5 HP engine completed by directional control valve, maximum pressure valve and sequence valves.

Bin lifter structure is formed by:

  • 2 turning presswork steel arms coupled and ending with bin handling devices;
  • 2 hydraulic cylinders controlling arms translation and positioning of bins on the loading plan;
  • 1 hydraulic cylinder controlling lifting rotation and consequent dumping of wastes into the hopper;
  • side reinforced metallic net protection and safety anti-falling valves, to guarantee the operator’s safety.

The mobile model is equipped with swivel wheels (castors) and anti-turnover device, which allow safe and easy movement of the empty machine.

GSM transmission system allows an optimal logistic management and assistance of machines posted over the territory.

Thanks to this system the machine, positioned by the users, communicates with operators set in advance (drivers, vehicles logistic centre, internal assistance centre or even SISTEMI srl) with a series of messages containing alarms, status of content, service request or anti-theft device.
