Every container is realised in sheet steel Fe 360 B or Fe 510 B. Dimensions and cubic capacities are supplied following requested features.

Standard components’ thickness is:

  • bottom 4 mm;
  • sides 3 mm;
  • tow hook Ø 50 mm.

In every container the support and roll system is composed by: INP 200 beams; 2 (Ø 170 mm) back-rollers suitable for moving the machine on the floor.

The hatch can be realized by request in several ways:

  • horizontally pivoted;
  • mono-fold door;
  • both horizontally and mono-fold door;
  • bi-fold door.

In order to guarantee the watertight, in the horizontally pivoted type, we can install back-door gasket. Every type of hatch has a side opening supplementary safety lock.

Every container, by request, can be furnished with fixed cover, or with 90° hydraulic opening, or with manual gull-wing opening or with PVC tarpaulin.

Sidelong steel plates are realized in a single piece. Every container has rope fasteners all around the structure. Every container can be furnish with hydraulic opening cover.
